Are you not satisfied with a product? Then you can return this product. Items purchased from Stipt Polish Point Shop can in most cases be returned within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when received, without any damage. You may remove products from the packaging, unless the packaging is sealed.

If you choose to return products, we ask that you use the withdrawal form below. You can also notify us by sending an email to: support@stiptpolishpointshop.nl. Please note that you must return the products within 14 days after you have informed us.

After we have received your return shipment, we will proceed with the assessment of the returned items and the processing of your refund. The money will be refunded according to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless otherwise requested. The amount will be credited back within 14 days after the aforementioned assessment. The shipping costs for the return are at your expense.
