ARTICLE 0.1 | Promotional Terms and Conditions: Factory Fresh Month – 31 Daily Deals

The promotion runs from Friday 9 October 2026 at 00:00 until Sunday 8 November 2026 at 23:59, inclusive.
A new daily deal will be published each day during the promotional period. Each daily deal is valid only from 00:00 until 23:59 on the relevant day. Once this period has ended, the daily deal expires and can no longer be claimed.
The current daily deal will be displayed on the promotional page each day. Upcoming daily deals will not be announced in advance.
No discount code is required. The daily deal will be applied automatically in your shopping basket.
Daily deals cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discount codes, vouchers or other promotions, unless expressly stated otherwise.
A limited quantity of promotional stock is available for each daily deal. While stocks last, there is no limit to the number of times a daily deal may be ordered.
If the promotional stock sells out before 23:59, the relevant daily deal ends immediately. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
If a daily deal requires a minimum order value, this value is calculated using the order total including VAT, excluding delivery charges and after deducting any discounts, vouchers and discount codes.
Advertised discounts are based on the regular selling price of the relevant product.
During the “No VAT Day” daily deal, customers receive a discount equal to 21% of the regular selling price. VAT will still be shown on the invoice in accordance with legal requirements.
Any free gifts or free products included in a daily deal cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or an alternative discount.
If an order is returned in full or in part and, as a result, the conditions of the daily deal are no longer met, the free gift must also be returned. If the free gift is not returned, Stipt reserves the right to charge its regular selling price.
Stipt reserves the right to amend, replace or end a daily deal early if circumstances make this necessary.

The promotion starts on Wednesday 25 March 2026 and continues while promotional codes remain available.
The code for €25 free shop credit can be redeemed on all orders of €75 or more.
The code must be entered in the shopping basket, below the products you have added.
The code is valid across the entire online shop.
The code cannot be combined with other discount codes.

ARTICLE 0.3 | Promotional Terms and Conditions: Free Delivery on Orders of €50 or More

The promotion starts on Friday 9 October 2026 at 00:00 and continues until further notice. There is no fixed end date.
No delivery charges apply to orders of €50 or more, including VAT and after applying any discounts and discount codes.
Free delivery is applied automatically in your shopping basket. No discount code is required.
Free delivery applies only to orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands or Belgium. Standard delivery charges apply to orders with a delivery address in any other country, regardless of the customer’s nationality.
If you return all or part of your order and the remaining order value falls below €50, Stipt may deduct the standard delivery charges from your refund.
Free delivery cannot be exchanged for cash or a discount and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
Stipt reserves the right to amend or end this promotion.

ARTICLE 0.4 | General Promotional Terms and Conditions: 1+1 Free

These terms and conditions apply to all promotions expressly advertised as “1+1 Free” in the Stipt online shop.
Each promotion is valid from the start date shown on the relevant promotional or product page, while stocks last and no later than any stated end date.
When ordering through the dedicated 1+1 Free product page, you receive two units of the relevant product for the price of one. The eligible products, variants and promotional price are shown on that page.
The promotion applies to two identical products, unless the promotional or product page expressly states that other combinations are permitted.
If you withdraw from the purchase of a complete 1+1 Free promotional set, you must return both products, including the free item. The purchase price paid for the set will be refunded in accordance with the applicable returns policy. Your statutory right of withdrawal and statutory guarantee rights remain unaffected.
