Returns

Are you not satisfied with a product? Then you can return this product. In most cases, items purchased from Stipt Polish Point Shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt. When you wish to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when received, without any damage. You may remove products from the packaging, unless the packaging is sealed.

If you choose to return products, we ask you to use the withdrawal form below. You can also notify us by sending an email to: support@stiptpolishpointshop.nl. Please note that you must return the products within 14 days after you have informed us.
